Refund and Returns Policy

At Customized.Work, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we have a few guidelines in place regarding returns and refunds.

Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom-made orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes personalized gifts, custom designs, and any item that has been customized with your specifications (e.g., name engraving, custom graphics, etc.).

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure that your products are made and shipped to the highest standards. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or refund for any damaged or incorrect items, as long as the product is returned in its original condition.

To initiate a return or exchange for damaged or defective items, please follow these steps:

  • We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s).

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards or discount codes.
  • Custom-made or personalized items, including but not limited to custom mugs, apparel, wristbands, keychains, and other products that are personalized or engraved with your specific request.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you need to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the exchange process.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Since we begin customizing orders quickly, cancellations can only be accepted before the production process begins. After this period, we are unable to cancel custom orders.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns or exchanges due to damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
